"The scope of your project included the construction of the 6000 sq ft addition and modifying some of the adjacent spaces to create the new structure, expanding the existing parking lot, resurfacing the existing lot and adding the 'shade sails' in the courtyard of the existing building. And, as it turned out, this had to be completed during 2020, the year that Covid-19 impacted everything from staff availability to materials supply chain. In summary, the Dryden team did an exceptional job of meeting all our expectations. If I have another opportunity to build new or expand again, both of which seem quite likely, you folks will be my first call.
